Scan Infotech had the pleasure of being partners with RAI to conduct Retail Technology Conclave (ReTechCon) 2013, the 9th edition of the technology conclave hosted by Retailers Association of India.
Scan helped RAI this year to automate visitor entry & registration at the event through SAVE (Smart Access for Visitors & Exhibitors) – a smart, fully automated barcode solution which helped participants and stalls to:
- Save time during registration with system generated passes
- Save queue lengths with seamless entry points for badge checking
- Save effort of visitor card collection with one click through online visitor module
- Save marketing time by entering meeting notes when visitor is at the booth itself
The smart solution was much appreciated both by participants and RAI for its effectiveness and convenience.
